I'd like to use sublime text editor to write the model code, and compile it, I found a paper that finish this job, but I can't find the package or the source code

Thanks for you recommendation,  I just checked this website, but it seems the tools provide are based Mac OS, is there any similar tools for Windows??

Java applications (.jar files) are multiplatform.
